Broccoli Salad

Ingrédients (6 personnes):
1 12 oz. bag pre-shredded broccoli slaw
2 heads broccoli (cut off the florets and chop small)
½ C. thinly sliced sweet onion
4-5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
½ C. dried cranberries
½ C. roasted salted sunflower seeds
Dressing:
½ C. mayonnaise
3 T. sugar
3 T. milk or cream
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1 pinch of salt
Préparation:
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Turn off the heat. Blanch the broccoli slaw 1-2 minutes in the hot water. Remove with a slotted spoon. Do the same with the broccoli florets, leave in 2 minutes.
Drain and let the water dry off them. In the meantime, mix the dressing ingredients in a glass cup. In a large bowl, mix bacon, onion, cranberries and sunflower seeds. Add the blanched broccoli and slaw and mix well. Add dressing and mix again.
Chill for an hour or so before serving.
